The Friendly Sons of Saint Patrick of Central Iowa will again sponsor a Saint Patrick's Day Parade in downtown Des Moines on Saturday, March 16, 2013.
The parade will stage on MLK Parkway, proceed north on 15th Street to Grand Avenue, then turn east on Grand to 8th Street, where it will veer south, pausing just long enough to allow thirsty participants to jump off and head to the reception at the Marriott. Floats may then proceed south and east, returning to MLK. |
