2013 Cincinnati Ohio Saint Patrick’s Day Parade: The Parade will step off promptly on March 16th at 12:00 PM. Parade Route The parade route will begin on Second Street & go to Main Street. Turn left on Main Street & go to Fifth Street. Turn left on Fifth Street & go to Elm Street. Turn left on Elm Street & return to Second Street. 2012 Grand Marshal: Tom Griffin / Member of the Doolittle Raid on Japan in 1942 The Cincinnati St. Patrick Parade is produced by the Cincinnati St. Patrick Parade Committee. The committee is composed of residents from both Ohio and Northern Kentucky. In 2012, the Cincinnati St. Patrick Parade will celebrate its 47th anniversary.
